ROLUX REFUND POLICY

The Rolux returns policy is only valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since date of purchase, any returns, refunds or exchanges will be revoked.

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, your Rolux item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your Rolux item must also be in its original packaging. All Rolux items sold with a promotional gift must be returned with the promotional gift intact, unused and in its original packaging.

All Rolux sale or discounted items are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN(S):

Rolux return(s) will be for your own account. You will have to return your item to: Rolux Randburg: 5 Remblok Street, Strydom Park, Randburg, 2194. Once your return is received and inspected, Rolux will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Rolux will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return in line with their stated terms and conditions as set out herein.

If your return is approved, then your credit will be processed, and Rolux will send you an email requesting your banking details. If your return is not approved the returned goods may be collected or return shipped / couriered at your cost. Please note important information relating to shipping costs and refunds below.

REFUNDS:

Please note refunds take a few days to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Sale and Discounted items:

Only regular (or full) priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES & DEFECTS:

Rolux ensures their quality of all their products. However we acknowledge that sometimes a particular item may not measure up to our standards (or yours!). If you need to exchange a defective item, please send us an email at stuart@rolux.co.za describing and showing the nature of the defect or damage. We will then arrange for the collection of the defective item and the subsequent re-delivery of a replacement item once the defective returned product has been assessed by our customer service team. Please note we only replace items if they are defective.

SHIPPING & ASSOCIATED COSTS:

To return your product via courier / shipment, you should address your product to: Rolux Randburg: 5 Remblok Street, Strydom Park, Randburg, 2194.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and if you received a free or discounted freight charge for the initial merchandise delivery, the cost of this free freight or discount amount shall be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
